Associate Director 1 Role

Focusing on Commercial Property lending transactions on a direct basis, you will possess the ability to evaluate new business opportunities. Developing and maintaining key customer relationships, you will implement an appropriate customer contact strategy to help drive the business forward.
As Associate Director you will be responsible for the implementation of a marketing plan by studying the demographics and economics of the assigned territory. You will identify areas of opportunity by assembling sources of information on potential customers that fit the economic profile.
To be considered for this role you will possess 5 years plus experience in the commercial property finance sector with demonstrated credit skills and sound commercial acumen. A demonstrated self starter, you will possess strong influence and persuasion skills with unyielding integrity.
Junior Solicitor (Sydney based) 1 Role
This is a unique opportunity to work within our legal division, managing the compliance, legal and regulatory function, as well as having a strategic role in the centralised legal, risk and compliance area.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining and altering company register
Establishing and maintaining a robust compliance framework for the group
Liaising with the business to develop new products, services and procedures
Drafting of product disclosure documents and information memorandums
Liaising with and managing any external legal advisors
Conducting compliance monitoring
Providing compliance training and education to the business; and
Participating in compliance committees and reporting.
The successful applicant will be polished, enthusiastic and pro-active, with excellent communication skills and a commercial approach to decision making.
You will have the ability to deal confidently at the highest corporate level and be adaptable to changes.
You will have a degree in law, compliance experience gained in a funds management environment, an excellent understanding of financial products and instruments, and/ or practice as a financial services/ funds lawyer.
