CSL possess extensive hands on experience in the area of trust management. CSL itself acts as trust manager under its own Residential & Commercial Loan Programme.

As trust manager, CSL operates in the interests of the beneficiaries and secured creditors of the trust and subject to the conditions contained in the relevant trust documents, undertake:

  • The management, administration, investment and day to day operation of the trust assets;
  • The direction of the trustee in relation to the performance of its obligations under the trust transaction documents;
  • The performance of all calculations necessary in the administration of the trust; and
  • The keeping of all books, records and accounts as required by the trust documents.
